Just starting out with the app...so far so good. Will know more once we dive in and see how it works with our e-commerce store.
This app is great so far in that it has a list of products sold and shipped exclusively in US and it integrates well into Shopify. The customer service is prompt , recently I had issue pushing my products to store, Agent Ria helped me solve it. I am a new user so my review is only going to cover the User Experience of this app and not actual Dropshipping experience. Maybe after some months of using I am sure.

I used Sprocket in the past and it was wonderful. I got out of online selling for awhile due to some family issues, but now I'm back and really looking forward to using this great service. I find it easy to use, and the products are varied and of good quality.

Streamlining store owner processes are key to the democratization of e-commerce. Spocket is filling this role admirably.
Right now at my request they're working feverishly on getting order fulfillment working on the mobile app.
More recently, Ria helped me renew Spocket at a 50% discount.
Previously it was Edrielle, who promptly updated me on an order status.
Once before it was Leah, who was a good listener when I described what I believe to be a very common situation in which a customer felt at ease blackmailing me into issuing a refund because he knew the culture of online retail is prejudiced in favor of customers. Shopify should automate the adjudication of such disputes the same way they automate chargeback resolutions.
