Fast shipping good quality but oftentimes the more preferable products are locked behind the premium badge and it's limitations depending on your program other then that it's pretty solid choice for supplying your store

Having problem import items from Aliexpress. Pushing to upgrade plan for "better one". Common, let me try and I'll make some decision.

I feel like I am over paying for this app and I'm honestly disappointed. You aren't able to sell on Google Shop, Etsy, or Ebay. There are NO product reviews so it makes it hard to know if the product really is good. I wish you could at least see reviews and you were able to put them on your site too.

You'd be happy to know that the feature to allow product/supplier reviews and being able to sell on more platforms is already in the works and may be implemented soon! Meanwhile, our "Order Sample" feature is one sure way to actually see if the product you are planning to sell is a good fit for your store. I’ve been using this app for about 3 months. The only reason why i didn’t give it 1 star is because of the customer service from spocket. It’s great. BUT... the suppliers Do not care about your business. Careless mistakes, sending the wrong product, send one item when the customer ordered 2. The shipping times DO NOT.. i repeat DO NOT match what spocket writes on the product descriptions. Some items ship quick, some take months. Long story short... I know that in order for me to grow my brand I’m going to need to find new suppliers.

I like the app but the product costs are high compared to other sites

Spocket is user friendly. One good thing is you can search your item per country
prices are a little high to purchase which means harder to sell to customers, there is not a lot of choices, unless you have the higher priced plan which can be difficult for people just starting out
Super easy to set it all up and have it linked to my store. Only complaint is there's not a huge variety, but when I do find a product it's usually a super nice find.
