I like how easy Spocket is to use, but it would be absolutely 5 stars if I was able to alter the description/tags/etc from the 'My Products' tab after it was pushed to my store. However, that is just a minor flaw in an otherwise really good addition to any store.
We're glad you find the platform easy to use. Please feel free to reach out though should questions about its usage arise. Regarding being able to edit some aspects of a product, it's something we can consider working and so we're noting it. Thanks for the review in any case!

Prinz is a TOTAL ROCKSTAR who saved my evening! it was a late night, I was tired and I was struggling with importing my products from Aliexpress. Each time I imported a product, I would get an error telling me my product list was empty. After many frustrating attempts, I contact the CS department and Prinz patiently helped me figure things out! It turns out (not surprisingly haha)t the error was MY FAULT. I was accessing the extension from the wrong email! I really appreciate the patience Prinz showed. Once we got that sorted out everything else worked like a dream! Love Spocket, love their tech and support team, and will definitely be upgrading my package. :-)

Easy to use so far!! The videos are very helpful in learning how to navigate the app. Figuring out the shipping took the most time out of everything.
