Ive just started using Spoket but so far so good. I think some of the produts cost plus shipping prices are a little high. By the time you add the 2 prices together theres not a very good margin

Thanks for this! Our prices are actually already discounted - they're still not the lowest, this we're aware of and we're working on, but the quality of the items compensate for the price range. We do hope to offer more competitive rates, though! In any case, thanks so much for the review.

You need to be careful with this company guys just a heads up.

I ordered a sample that I was billed for and it never arrived. They don't have a way for you to contact the vendor to get shipping updates. Their customer service is also not aware of where the sample is. So it is lost in the ether with no explanation. I tried to get a refund but until they know where the sample is, that won't happen.

So they don't know where or when it will arrive, and no refund can process until that happens. So basically, I may or may not receive anything.

If you are counting on them to fulfill orders at volume, this is what you can expect. There are many other drop shippers who will handle support better.

I also tried to cancel the free trial literally minutes after I got a notification that my card was billed $49.99. They told me per their terms there is no way they can refund me. If you've worked with other companies before, you know free trial refunds aren't that difficult to get refunded.

So just beware if you plan to work with them.

Love love love! All the products are beautiful and I love that you can choose which country to sell from really makes things a whole lot easier the product quality is also very great!

It looks great so far. Haven't even launched the website, but I think it'll be great. It definitely lacks some features, but as one of the employees just told me, they're improving the app every day. Good luck to everyone!

worst experience of my life. Fraud office that collects money for nothing. I used the opportunity to pause the subscription, it was clearly written there that no money will be collected until I continue the subscription. Money is suddenly withdrawn from the card. Then I had tried their product geniusdrop, where they create your own store. The ad said $1, I entered the data, I didn't get access to any of the stores, and €36 was charged to my card. I wrote a complaint to them, but it's useless, they always give the same answer that the money will not be returned and they are very sorry that it happened. Someone else answers all the time, just replies to emails every few days. Never fall into their trap like I did.
