Irene from spocket and the whole support team are very helpful with getting all the information I asked for. And definitely try to help me succeed and give me good instruction on how to find the right supplier for the market that I'm trying to sell in. They are very supportive and if you succeeded it benefits them as well so they do their best to give you the tools that you need to be a success so I am very thankful to them with their expertise so thank you Irene and thank you spocket for your help and I highly recommend it it's a little pricey but set up is easy and it's probably the easiest apps that I have used to allow for quick and easy importing products to my Shopify store.

I love the amount of products available in USA! Makes loading new products to your store super easy. There are many great photos and descriptions of the products as well.

I love using Spocket dropshipping. It has made adding products to the store super easy. I recommend to anyone that has a Dropshipping business and uses that Shopify Platform to do so. I am a first time user and it has made my life easier.

Its a great app and makes the process of adding products to your page very seamlessly. With just a couple of click your store will be ready for sales. Browsing for products is easy as well with a broad amount of products to choose from. You can even use the filter buttons to include or exclude filters and get the precise products you want. Very happy with this app. Would recommend!

The product quality and selection on Spocket are the best I've found. It's more expensive than other subscription based services, but it's well worth the money. The actual app is also easy to use and intuitive.

I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with Spocket. After one year of using their service and paying $948 for an annual subscription (12/2023 to 12/2024), I only managed to sell 3 products, as all other orders were either canceled or undeliverable.

Throughout the entire period, there were frequent synchronization issues that caused numerous problems. Despite these recurring issues, I communicated politely and attempted to resolve matters fairly and openly.

While the Spocket support team responded quickly, they often could only mediate. Suppliers were frequently unreachable, and there were long wait times. Delivery times were often not met, or products were canceled afterward.

When I wanted to cancel due to these difficulties, I was offered a 3-month free plan. However, this could only be activated if I switched from PayPal to a credit card. After providing my credit card details, I was promised an additional three-month free extension, and the subscription was supposed to continue afterward. Instead, at the end of the contract period, I was charged another annual fee of $948.

The promise of an anytime downgrade option is also misleading, as this only occurs with an additional payment and is credited to the existing plan. Moreover, canceling the plan results in immediate loss of access, despite having paid, and all communication via chat is cut off.
After 4 to 5 back-and-forth emails with a senior customer service representative, I was offered a 50% refund of the $948 Unicorn Plan, which I find outrageous and unacceptable. If the service had been perfect, I would have only needed a Pro Plan for $288, as only 30 premium products were relevant to me.

During my time using Spocket, there were a total of 10 orders, only one of which was fulfilled. The products and service provided by Spocket are not competitive in the European market.
Additionally, it became apparent over time that about 80% of the products come from BigBuy and are merely sub-products on the European market.

To date, there has been no solution, and all communication with the support team via chat is now blocked. Communication is now only possible with senior managers, and since Spocket is based in Vancouver, Canada, there is a significant time difference.
Beware and stay away from Spocket.

In light of this negative experience, I cannot recommend Spocket at all.

I love it, because have a lot of good products and fast shipping available!!! Im a little bit sad when i see some good premium product and i cant reach it because i dont have that much money for it, but its still good. Keep going guys! Appriciate you!

I like how the overall design is and its such a convenient method In utilizing AI It’s a great Asset and it makes the process much easier in a already easy to use app, And there’s so many products to choose from finding What you need is not a problem and then transferring and getting it ready to sell is very easy You’ll be ready in no time, but the AI is very handy It’s great for for assisting in building Your own personalized store. With Great deals to start out with in making your store, the easy accessible and pleasing to the eyes Professional Look and combined assistance with AI and a great staff That’s always there for you when help is needed, professional polite And patient customer support makes this my number one favorite drop shipping experience I would recommend to anyone starting out or veteran either or in between you can’t go wrong five stars would recommend

I'd recommend spocket because it's a great way to research products for your store, provides feedback on each product. It also provides a way to order samples and of each product so you are able to try them before selling them.
