Worked with Prinz in the support team, and it was a marvellous experience. He answered all my questions in detail without getting tired of me. Loved it.

The whole experience was smooth and the support team others such as Leah, are all so nice.

The app works as advertised and happy so far.

I can no longer work with this company. I had, for the third time in a row, an order come in for a product that doesn't exist but yet still showed in stock on my website. I paid for a whole year as an annual, I'm hoping I can get something back.

I was facing an issue with the admin panel on Spocket and I raised a ticket for. I was happily surprised to receive a call from the Customer Support Manager herself. I truly appreciate this and congratulate the team for their great professionalism.
