I used this app for the free trial only. I went to go cancel on the last day of the free trial they had charged my card. There is no phone contact i had to email and never was refunded.......

Only had the app for a few weeks, but everything has been great. Have made some sales from Spocket and the wide range of products they have to offer. Only thing I wish is that when importing over it would have some verbiage to help you in the description.
You for sure should try the 14 day free trail so that you can see the great products that they have.

I did not wanted to continue with the dropshipping with spocket because of some personal reasons. So i contacted spocket customer service through live chat.I had a great experience with Rohini from Spocket's customer service. She confirmed the cancellation of my subscription efficiently and was extremely polite and friendly throughout the process.
