My experience with Spocket is excellent. The APP is intuitive and importing products is very easy and they have a variety of premium products. Customer service is great.

Regarding Spocket, first of all I have to praise Leah for the support she gave me today as far as answering the questions I had. She answered all of my questions without hesitation, and also gave me additional information about my account just to keep me informed as to how Spocket operated.

So far everything has been working as it should. They have a huge selection of items to choose from and the integration to my website has been very easy. Customer service is always available too.

I would recommend this app to others because they(customer service team and Leah in particular) try hard to accommodate or resolve any issues that a store owner would have. They are prompt in their response and will keep you informed when more time is needed to resolve an issue. Thank you Spocket.

Spocket didn’t meet my business needs just yet as more choices needed for my type of business. But I found the ease of use with Shopify, the ability to pause and reactivate, then cancellation ( hopefully not for long)!, all features very useful. I needed support and Lorena helped me immediately. I hope to be back

I can no longer work with this company. I had, for the third time in a row, an order come in for a product that doesn't exist but yet still showed in stock on my website. I paid for a whole year as an annual, I'm hoping I can get something back.
