This app has really helped me to start up my own store with such ease. I thought it would be a lot more complicated - but not with Spocket. It's been a godsend. Thanks, everyone at Spocket.
I purchased the pro plan of Spocket to help me fill my online store. Shortly after I ran into an issue that turned out to be my own fault. I was able to speak with Lorena in customer service and she was beyond courteous and helpful. Not only was she considerate, she also helped resolve the problem that I had unknowingly cause and walked me through the entire process. I have no worries that if I run into any kind of issue in the future it will be taken care of in a timely manner as long as all the servicing staff are as great as Lorena.
