Very user friendly... up & running in minutes! Customer service is top notch... and joining the FB group has been great, too! My only request is to provide better size charts for your apparel listings and provide the measurements in 'inches' and not only 'cm'. The majority of items I have to convert for my US based customers & that is time consuming.

I just can't say enough about Spocket, they have been amazing. They have tons and tons of products, and their descriptions are actually decent so you don't have to spend a bunch of time rew-writing them. They give you a suggested. Retail price that is pretty close to market value and most products have great profit margins. They have the regular products and premium products which are even better quality. They have multiple tiers for scaling, which gives you access to more premium products. Their customer service is absolutely the best I have come across. They are all super helpful and eager to make your life easier. The only downside is it can get a little pricey as you want more premium products, since you only get 35 in the lowest tier. But I still give them 5 stars.

Very easy app to use and makes it easy to upload products to my store. My favorite feature is the filter for free U.S. shipping.

I used live chat (messanger) on Spocket and I was pleasantly surprised how quickly the team members responded to me. In less than 2 minutes, Spencer, the operator as he solved my case, asked me more question to understand what the problem was and then he helped me immediately.
