I am new to eCommerce especially with this kind of system integrated with another vendor and many suppliers. It is nicely streamline and easy to understand the workflow. I worked with Kim, Spencer, Abigail, Robbie and initially with Edrielle - ALL of them were accessible, knowledgeable and very helpful. Great products, 24/7 support, fast response time - that's sic. I am going live on Monday and I cannot wait!
