Customer Support is truly amazing. They're very quick to respond and take their time getting to the bottom of issues, which I appreciate. Due to the nature of the business some folks may need to reach out to support quite often, but I feel i'm in good hands with Spocket's support team. Russel, Ria, Prinz & Miki are some of the people whom have helped me over the last couple of months. I have to say each and every single one of them provided a remarkable support experience and deserve to be recognized for that. Very Easy to use versus other apps I've used. Would highly recommend using Spocket if you like ease of use and a great interface which connects seamlessly with your store.
