I ordered samples on May 28th that have not arrived yet. I tried a second order that came but took about 7 weeks. I emailed customer service several times and received only generic responses and they will not process a refund. Currently trying to figure out where my shirts are - will not use for customers as it will likely create problems moving forward. For the shirt I did get it was the expected quality

Thank you for providing your feedback and apologies for the troubles you had. The order was placed on May 29th and we handed the order over to FedEx on June 5th. From there on the process is not in our hands anymore.
Shipping to Canada from the US was always troublesome due to the customs process. This problem got worse during the last month.
The only options we have are not shipping to Canada, prepaying customs on behalf of you (and increasing shipping prices to Canada to ~20% of the order value) or to accept that few orders are caught in the customs process for ages.
Could you please drop us a quick mail to shopify@spod.com to check if you want us to resend or refund the order.

With this app is very easy to add product on the shopify store you should give it a chance. they also give you all the help you would need as begginer.

I used this service to create some hats and they made a lot of mistakes in the embroidery and I'm out money for a product I can't sell to a customer who ordered it.

What a bummer - I loved the app; it's super easy to use and integrate for my shop. BUT their printing quality on EVERY order was awful. They were quick to reply to my emails and refund my money, but that wasn't what I was looking for. If I'm going to use a company for printing, I expect good quality printing, not an immediate refund for constant mistakes. Pretty disapointed.
I'm really sorry that the print results do not match the screen view of your design.
With the Digital Direct printing method, the printing colors are sprayed directly onto the article of clothing, which causes the design to look somewhat washed-out. For that reason, intense colors are unfortunately not to be expected. Digital Direct is therefore optimal when going for a "vintage look".
If you prefer brighter colors, we can recommend Flex printing for a more vivid print that stands out.

Thanks for leaving your feedback, we happy to see you find our app efficient for your business. Right now we have some difficulties in the supply chain in getting stock delivered on time, but our purchasing department is working incredibly hard finding additional and back up suppliers. We hope to have these issues solved very soon.
First, I wish there was a function for customers to edit their photos in the same designer tool. Like incase they want a clear background or want to crop images into a circle or something. Second, with pixels and dpi nobody is really going to know what’s their image size dpi and pixels. If they can’t stretch it on the product they want, they’re just gonna close the website and here we go another lost customer. Third, the designer tool should really prime the products section, i think a lot of people are not aware once you’re in the designer studio that there is a section to choose other products. If these three conditions improve this will be the best POD out there. I wish your team all the best!

Thank you for your review. I'll answer your points in the same order.
1) More functionality for the customizer is a great point, and we are already looking into it. However, with the current technology available, it is really hard to delete background from a picture automatically, without doing it manually with a graphic software.
2) You are absolutely right, here. We need a better way to show why a design can't be stretched, or what size it needs.

This app is very easy to use and I love the Customizer option that I can add to my store it opens up a whole new area for my business.
It's great but the support team seems to be nonexistent. Other than that, lots of products to choose from and product quality seems to be good.

i used app to create memorial shirts spent $219 with the worst customer service an production time ever from David an Megan cause they forgot to update site so my production was long due to items that was out of stock so it held up process which should have been stated on there i did everything right for my product to be here on time an this app inconvenience my family cause we still waiting on shirts my experiences blahhhh overall quality of shirts are good
