Springbot

I had a very positive experience with Springbot. Their dashboard keeps of all your channels organized in one place. It's very convenient for any ecommerce business. Their support staff is always ready to jump on a call with you.

Learning their software is made easy through walkthrough tutorials. Special shoutout to Erin and Kyle for always being so great to work with!

We've been using Springbot for a few years now for retargeting and automated emails. We had a good onboarding process and it was easy to understand what we needed to do to get going. Since then, whenever we need to update our content or need support, our rep Ryan is always quick to respond and happy to get on a phone call to answer any question or work on making changes for us.

We've used this app for about 10 months now - I cannot recommend it if you have half an understanding of how to do these things yourself.

Originally promised a "partner" in marketing and that they would do the heavy lifting and let me focus on the products and technical part. They were originally enthusiastic - until they weren't. FB marketing contact quit and it took 4 MONTHS to get them doing anything. And only with threats of pulling my account.

We're back to not contact in over 2.5 months, and simply phoning in bullshit ads that aren't having an ROI. They CLAIM ROI, but it's sales I enter manually. Better off using the money and doing your own Ad-spend and controlling your image.

We are in the middle of cancelling our contract right now. Do not waste your money if you are capable of doing this on your own or have a specialized product/field.

Be careful they say no contract so you can cancel anytime so just pay one month to try it but will charge an extra month when you want to cancel this expensive app before the first month is finished. otherwise the app seems well laid out and has many good features just not feasible for my store due to the high cost as I can get by using a few other much cheaper apps for my needs at this time.

Springbot has been great to use - amazing customer service and makes keeping up with all things digital and social easy. Many of my customers think my company is much larger than it is because our online marketing is so professionally done. We've had a 35% increase in web sales since starting with Springbot, most of the increase is from new customers so I know the Springbot marketing is working.

Love using this platform especially when integrated with Springbot. Binging us the most up to date, detailed look at our customers' behavior. The team is very responsive and do all they can to understand your brand from being remote. Holding the brand accountable on all deliverables yet keeping it professional the Springbot team creates and pushed the boundaries of efficiency.

Springbot & the team has been instrumental in teaching me online marketing. They offer excellent customer support.

Loving my experience with Springbot! As our subscriber list continued to grow, so did our fees with Constant Contact and Mail Chimp. Springbot not only offered the most affordable pricing by far, they also came with so many extra bells and whistles - especially in the area of most of the social media platforms that we use. Everyone we've dealt with has been super professional and always going above and beyond to ensure optimum performance in whatever aspect of Springbot I was utilizing. I was even able to work closely with my account manager on the design of all of my email campaigns, and got feedback on what types of verbiage would probably be most effective. Thereafter, someone always made it a point to touch base with me on a regular basis to discuss the results of these various campaigns and suggestions were given on how to improve the next ones. These guys are so easy to work with and most importantly, we have seen increased revenue since partnering up with these amazing folks! Thank you Springbot!

I am extremely happy that I went with this app. I am being trained by an associate whose name is Matt. He walks me through the application so that I understand what I am doing. Later on, I go into the app and make my adjustments. I have been looking for this type of app to send emails to my customer base when they visit, make a purchase, remind them about my site, follow up emails and an integration on social media. I will be doing ads on the internet through them. All in all I would recommend them to everyone.
