I don't usually leave reviews but if I can help someone else save their money and not have to deal with the headache, I will. Dont believe all the sale person will tell you. The people on the end doing the work wont be able to come through on their promises! Keep in mind the "cancel anytime" comes with a you will pay for another month due to "the data collection that is 60 days out" All in all in 3 months no increase in sales. In fact the sales that we did get were from my own effort not from anything they did! Read the other reviews you will get the picture. I didn't and wasted my money!!!

It's been a pleasure working with Springbot. Stuart and Ryan have gone over and above to accommodate our transition from Klaviyo. Their data and segments are extremely valuable and that alone justifies their price, along with their phenomenal account support. These guys are a great alternative to Klaviyo.

We have been using SpringBot for about 4 months now and we couldn't be happier with the level of service we've received from whole team. We mostly make use of AdRoll and the Facebook Managed Services and we have seen great results from both.

As others have mentioned, it would be nice to see more functionality in the Social Hub. Undoubtedly, there are limitations with each of the social media companies that makes it difficult, but I'm confident SB will continue to work on it and improve the offering over time.

I am looking forward to a continued partnership and even more growth moving ahead!

5 stars for their support. They are extremely responsive to any questions you might have.
As they grow, I would like to see them become a bit more robust in their offerings - specifically in their offerings of strategy for fledgling companies.
Also, not sure about the reporting. It never seemed to be perfectly on point. The email open/clicks/conversions seemed to be ok...but the other reporting didn't always make sense.
Other than that, a great affordable way to keep all your marketing in one place

I've been using Springbot for quite a while now (since the MailChimp debacle). I was promised that they would be a "partner" in my marketing efforts. This isn't the case. It's just an app. I get an email once in a blue moon with a suggestion here and there. Not much of a "partner".

They changed the interface for their email creation. It is very difficult to use.

I opted to let them manage my Facebook Ads as well. MISTAKE. My rep just up and left without notice. Emails went unanswered, which was infuriating. No communication. I just out of the blue get an email from my new FB ads rep. No explanation.

Speaking of FB ads. I went through all of the ones that Springbot created, and found 1/2 of them not pointing to my Instagram page and were using the wrong pixel. It was using an inactive one. FOR 3 MONTHS.

I'm dropping them like a hot rock. The service is NOT worth the monthly fee.

I'm really tired of Shopify Partners screwing me out of my hard earned money.

I paid them to do exactly what I have been doing. I did not see a return on my investment and when I questioned them on the return I was ignored. My account manager was never available when I was. My sales dropped. Do not waste your money on this application. You can do these services on your own. Complete rip off.

Was excited at first...very salesy interactions and onboarding. Was very expensive for what you could accomplish on your own with your own e-mail service and retargeting app. I was expecting more interaction and hands-on work from your 'account manager'. After a very simple 'onboarding' you are left to the races was a relatively clunky interface and a once-a-quarter call that isn't really useful. Towards the end, this call was forgotten about and my "once-a-month" free email had typos.

Everyone I interacted with was nice though, so that was ok. A good group of people, but quite honestly not worth the high price-point. Especially for smaller businesses.

If you're looking to offload your email marketing and Facebook advertising for your store, Springbot is a great solution for only a few hundred dollars a month. Great customer service and marketing consulting as well!
