Team is approchable for any query. Spur as a tooll is easy to go to places for templates or flow configuration. It will take few days to understand. Once things are set, there is no turning back.

Spur is a really innovative platform—easy to use and with very useful features for D2C brands, such as simulcasting on the website and their Auto DM feature, which is very beneficial for a D2C brand. Additionally, Spur is very supportive. Royal, the founder, is always available to resolve issues or cross-check the setup. It's been a great experience, and we actually made a good number of sales during our live sessions.

Spur is a great platform to help us with Whatsapp and Meta conversations. The team is very forthcoming in working with a brand to make sure everything is up and running. Savya and the team are always prompt and have helped us setup flows going through many iterations to make sure we get everything right. Pricing model is also very simple compared to other apps. We always know how much we are spending and there are no surprises or complicated calculations to be done!
We are still figuring out how to use many different options, but so far it has been a great experience!
