We've been using Spur for about a month now, and we're extremely satisfied with the service. Their detailed metrics help us accurately assess how many of our sales can be attributed to a specific campaign, which is a great advantage. Their support service is also very responsive, and they help resolve issues ASAP.

We have recently started using Spur on Instagram and it was a pleasure to receive our first order from Insta within the first few hours without really having to engage with any customer personally. Really a true example of tech enablement to scale up the business. Looking forward to use their other excellent features such as abandoned cart recovery etc.

Managing Instagram and Facebook comments and DMs was always a pain, thankfully we got to know about Spur and downloaded it immediately! There are a lot of good things about this app -
1) The automation features are perfect and work seamlessly
2) The onboarding is super simple and most of the things are already done, it took us 3 minutes to connect everything and set up
3) The most important part is the Spur team, they are super responsive, always working on new things and available to help with all doubts! Genuinely impressed by the app, people and services!

Amazing app and a fantastic team! Their automation has helped us generate sales from our Instagram engagement and made our customer support efficient by taking care of simple/repetitive queries. Spur is genuinely a good app, both in terms of features and the excellent support they provide. Started the journey with Spur when they kicked off and love to see the add in new features so quick and easy, love the UI/ UX of the software, its very easy to use and train other team mates too.
