Je n'ai pas encore vraiment testé l'appli en elle-même car j'en suis à la phase de synchronisation mais le service clients est au top et très réactif.

One of the supporter promises you that the product link will work as that the ebay imported order will show as the shopify product, which does't, so the next supporter states thats not possible!
There are free apps which can do that!! for an app this expensive you could think its worth the while.
btw they act as they would do you a free favor by enabling order import.. at a gold plan priced with 50$ a month. SHAME
We left SKU-IQ and Sku Harmony for QuickSync and we are so impressed! Joseph was extremely helpful in setting up our Shopify & Square with QuickSync. Really great customer service - fast response time and explained everything without confusion! Definitely recommend if you are wanting a easy integration app.
