I use this app to update inventory between Shopify and Square. I ran into the issue of inventory not aligning properly between the two apps. Reached out to customer service and they were very helpful
Inventory management is key to managing a fast growing business. This App, although not perfect, has assisted us to keep track of our stock levels. We did encounter a significant functionality issue recently and this is where customer service can test the relationship. If you have dealings with Joseph, you can be confident that he will go above and beyond to actually solve the problem. Courteous, diligent and professional - he’s the man for when it turns south!

I use this app for syncing Square and Shopify and it is fantastic. The service is also great when it comes to resolving any issues. Highly recommend!

Customer support Thea helps a lot!! Because it's my first time using both Square and SquareSync, it's really confusing for me. And Thea guided me through all the details on product syncing and setup process, really helps understand the app. Now I can start the testing!!

QuickSync was quick to setup and has worked perfectly so far. It allows us to keep our inventory accurate for goods sold online and in person with our Square POS.
I really like that it automatically finds products with matching SKU's and that they are updated instantly when a purchase is made!
