easy to use, and very helpful customer service reps!
Amazing! Fast, and super efficient/kind. Had answers right away!
Joseph was great at helping me set up a seamless sync between my Square in store POS and our Shopify website. He was patient and allowed me to work on other things away from the computer while he worked on our product upload and sync (over 5,000 items!) I'm excited to see how the app will work, but so far very happy with the level of customer service we've received. :)

DO NOT use this app if you are bringing your inventory from Square into Shopify, you loose ALL your images! I thought this would be perfect since images don't export with Squares CSV file. This would HAVE been awesome if I could have brought images over. Now I have weeks of adding images one x one, ugh!! FRUSTRATED!!

No worries, everything is fixed :) . It seems like all your images had a slightly different format (.jpeg instead of .jpg) that shopify wasn't supporting properly. But no issues, we got everything fixed by converting all your images into correct format and also getting them transferred to your shopify store :)

Be aware, this app will not populate Square with your products from Shopify unless you upgrade to the $29 plan.
