Although there's been a few issues here and there nothing that the team hasn't been able to figure out and they do it in a very friendly way too. Highly recommend.

I spent the whole day trying to sync my Shopify products to my TikTok shop-it didn't work. A frustrated me watched so many videos on YouTube, trying to figure out the solution. I came by a video that talked about Quicksync and Ownbase. I decided to go with Quicksync because it made more sense, and had better options ( real time syncing). So I downloaded the app on myShopify and proceeded to sync my products. Then I had a problem with the TikTok category settings. The products would not show on TikTok until I review the default categories. I was stuck , I didn't know how to proceed. There and then I received an instant message from Normie asking me if I needed help. Boy! Was I relieved. Normie was wonderful, this angel walked me through the whole process, and ended up helping me finishing up the job. This was truly 5 star service. Thank you Normie and Quicksync for your help.

So far I can't complain, just need to talk to someone to turn some features on.
BTW, the support team is fast.

Joseph was a really big help when i needed to merge my products to my POS square register, he guided me all through the way, he was also very patient, he answered all of my questions, he was very detailed and well explained. His knowledge was very maculate and understandable. Everything was fixed by him.
