Very good App for the form builder, recommended to all.

J'ai testé plusieurs applications de formulaire disponibles sur Shopify, et celle-ci est la plus simple. Elle fait tout ce dont j'ai besoin pour entrer en contact avec mes clients. C'est un vrai gain de temps et d'efficacité. Je la recommande vivement à tous ceux qui cherchent une solution fiable et pratique ! Attention toutefois, l'application n'est pas encore traduite en français.

Excellent Form for ecommerce business

I stumbled upon this app when I was pulling my hair out trying to create custom forms for my store. What a lifesaver! It's super easy to use - I had my first form up and running in minutes. The drag-and-drop feature is a game-changer, and I love that I can match the forms to my store's look.
The best part? It's totally free! I was skeptical at first, but it really does everything it promises. The file upload feature has been great for my custom orders, and connecting it to my email list was a breeze.

So easy to set up and works great. There is a support website and chat to help if you need it, but honestly was so easy I didn't need to use the chat.

I'd highly recommend - especially with it being a free app. Nothing not to like.

Fantastic support for this app. I had some difficulty getting a form to appear on a particular part of a page. The support chat solved my problem in a couple of minutes. Exaclty what I needed. Thanks

Such a great plugin with everything we want. It would be better if It have importing image option too but anyway it's great and easy to implement

So far so good, free but have most of the functions for form builder, also easy to set up
