The functionality is very high for a free app. Has many of the features of the more expensive apps but it is all completely free. We use the google sheets integration a lot and find it very helpful. I would recommend learning some basic CSS for styling the forms. There are not many styling tools in the app itself.

This is the best form builder app I've used. The ability to apply custom CSS makes it incredibly flexible, which is a huge benefit for us. Additionally, the inclusion of 'image' fields is impressive. Thank you!

This is the worst experience i've had with a shopify app. Sent a chat message for help 2 days ago (app instruction do not make sense) and they've never got back to me. Unistalling. Not sure if they are still in business. (please do not message me after i uninstall.
