SK: Advanced Form Builder

This form submission software is really practical. It solves the problem of receiving inquiries. I am very satisfied!

Easy to use and configure!

As simple as it gets, if I had build it myself I would have like to make it that way.
I was stuck with the form not showing, and coudn't find the solution in the documentation, but in an email exange, everything was fixed.
