WARNING! This app crashed both our stores, changed the layout to mobile version when looking at the website on computer. Hidden products, a lot of products didnt show and it moved the whole site to the right so you could only see some parts of the website. WARNING! Shopify should really control what apps they allow on here. This is not built for shopify!

We noticed that you installed our app on two different stores and experienced the same issue. However, before reaching out to us, you contacted Shopify Support. Unfortunately, that took 2–3 days, and in the end, the issue was identified as being related to our app, which led to the app being uninstalled and this review being posted.
If you had contacted us first, we would have been happy to investigate the issue with you. Our app is being used by more than 10,000 Shopify stores, and we haven’t come across this kind of issue before. It could have been caused by a conflict with another app, custom code, or a script running on your store.
We’re also sorry that when we reached out to help, you decided not to continue with the troubleshooting.

This is the worst experience i've had with a shopify app. Sent a chat message for help 2 days ago (app instruction do not make sense) and they've never got back to me. Unistalling. Not sure if they are still in business. (please do not message me after i uninstall.
Downloaded and I just get a blank screen when I try to do anything in the app.

Sorry for the issue which you have faced but we have checked our server log and our app is 100% up from many time so there might be some Shopify glitch or some other issue.
Because many merchants are using our app and no one complaint like this.
We checked that you have not contacted to the support team as well, as far our support team is quick responsive as you can see other reviews as well.
