SK: Advanced Form Builder

This app is perfect for handling complex forms, and the support is outstanding. When we encountered a minor issue with our setup, the Squadkin team was immediately available online to address our questions and fix the bug within hours—truly excellent service. Even if this were a paid app, it would be an exceptional choice.

Easy to use and configure!

Recently setup to be used as a Returns Form and works great with easy implementation into both the shopify store and our current internal RMA process. Considering it is Free I can happily say it is the ideal option for Small to Medium Business where a quick form is all you need.

Great support that help to adjust any form if needed. It is pretty easy to create and to integrate forms on site.
