Very easy to use ! Just few more features to add this great app!
Tech support revolve all my issue very response! A++++
We were looking for something like this. Our 9 VA's have been a little difficult to manage entirely through Whatsapp, Facebook, and Trello. When it was 1-2 not so bad but now we need a lot more organisation in the way we manage our employees. Staffy has been helpful with paying our employees and tracking their work. We've definitely been able to reduce our error rate while also reduce our time spent managing employees.

Support and product are insanely good.
We installed the app the day of our store opening with 15 new employees and everything was flawless with the POS lol!
Would recommend. No fancy other software work as well as this for shopify POS.
I've chatted with the support for Easy Team and they are very very helpful. They respond quickly and have been able to solve any issues.

So far so good. Very happy with this app and its functionality. Support is incredibly responsive and very helpful. Definitely expect to see improvements on the back end/server. Will see how this free trial goes for now and update with a new review after 20 days.
5 Stars for Hanna all day, every day. She is so dedicated to helping with whatever problem I have had, from learning the program, to adding new staff, to helping set up commission plans on every store we have on shopify!
Today, Hanna spent at least 2 hours (likely more) with me getting links for employees to be able to log in to their accounts, helping with commissions and how to attribute to an employee. We love that EasyTeam has the option to attribute sales to staff on the shopify POS and look forward to future updates.
I cannot praise Hanna enough. She has always been so helpful and attentive; I sincerely enjoy working with her.
