Very impressed with this app and the service provided. By a substantial margin the fastest (least mouse clicks needed) way to book in the courier, fulfill item and print labels. Very thankful to have found this product.

This app is easy to use and the staff is responsive and helpful. So far we are happy with it. It will be perfect if the pricing can be more friendly.
The app is creating a lot of manual work on our end due to an important "write back" feature no longer working reliably. Instead of addressing this problem and creating a workaround or developing a solution - their customer service continues to provide me with the same lame answer for several weeks now. First they failed to inform their paying customers that newly implemented limitations by Shopify might cause their software to no longer perform the way it used. This in itself is pretty terrible customer experience. Second they are not interested in working on a solution but keep sending me a copy & paste template advising of all the steps I now need to undertake on my end to fix this issue. Seriously?

We chose StarShipIt over other shipping apps for the service and support. Scott in particular was always easy to reach on the phone, follow up queries the same day and even do some of the setup for us. As we run two online stores with 5 different dispatch locations, StarShipIt was the all-in-one solution for our business and we highly recommend
Provides us with a complete logistics solution and support team are great. Only thing we need to really make it more efficient is for shopify tags (or custom fields) to be imported into Starshipit data

This is an incredible app, we've wasted so much time in the past having to manually enter consignments into StarTrack & Australia Post (cut address info.. paste.. spelling check.. address check.. delayed pause for printout.. repeat), with StarShipIT we can print out dozens of consignments in less than a minute. The time we're saving is just amazing.
Big thanks to Neeraja and the team for all of the support getting us setup, the StarShipIT crew are awesome.
So happy I made the switch from Shipstation to Starshipit. It is 100% better in every way. User experience, speed, customer support, set up. It's still early days but so far so good. All 10/10 thank you! I do wish it was a little more synced automatically with Shopify orders in live time with new orders and fulfilment. But it isn't a worry compared to the positives

We only use StarShipIT for the rates, as we use other couriers which are not available with StarShipIT, so can't comment on the app itself. Otherwise, the shipping rates work 97% of the time, however, we are still seeing some inconsistencies with rates not returning. Support have been helpful in trying to resolve the issue, and we are currently working together on a fix.
1. does NOT manage partial fulfilments, despite stating otherwise.
2. passes incorrect values to DHL express, resulting in incorrect duty/taxes
3. support is terrible, does not take concerns seriously. advises "we are looking into it"... over a month later "still looking into it"
4. do not use. use a competitor.
