Could not be more disappointed with this software. Was hoping it would be a system we could use for multiple location shipping but it it has proved a nightmare, Shopify orders not updating, duplicating orders in the system that have already been fulfilled and a snail pace support team. Honestly, don’t understand how anyone can successfully use Starshipit without needing it fix all of its errors manually for each order.
We started using Starshipit in order to use Uber Delivery. However, we encountered issues right from the setup stage, and it’s been over a month now without resolution. Uber’s support has clearly stated that Starshipit needs to create an admin account for us, but Starshipit has been passing the buck and not addressing the problem. To this day, it’s still unresolved. They don’t reply to our emails, and despite paying for Starshipit, we have not been able to use it at all. This is by far the worst Shopify app service we have ever experienced — without exception.
Hi I Computer Gaming, we’re sorry this hasn’t been the smooth start we aim for. After investigating with Uber, we found the issue was caused by a mismatch in account types; you had an Uber for Business account rather than the required Uber Direct account. This meant rate calls couldn’t be made and neither Uber’s nor Starshipit’s support teams could progress the setup until that was clarified. Since your ticket was raised on July 30th, our support, partnerships, and development teams have been actively liaising with yourself and Uber to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Uber has now acknowledged the situation and apologised for the confusion. Once the new Uber Direct account is finalised, your Starshipit setup should be ready to go. We look forward to getting you live soon!

So this is a full on scam, it says right in there app listing that its 30 a month and then when you add the app it goes right up to 90 a month and they tell you there is no such thing as a 30 a month plan.

Hi Novaa Gear, Shopify app prices are displayed in USD, which is the case for all apps across the app store and something we can't change. Comparing those numbers to AUD pricing can create the impression of a jump. The $30/month Starter plan is still available in the App Store (USD), which our team clarified on your call. We're sorry if the pricing felt misleading due to the currency difference.

Good when it works, but avoid having any issues as customer service is non existent and wont respond to emails.

Customer care and service is appalling. Have had an issue with dispatching partial shipments for 3 weeks. Their support team is looking into it but is showing 0 urgency in resolving the issue. Emails are going unanswered for days. We have 500+ orders and counting which cannot be dispatched and still no solution or updates from the StarShipIt team. This has occurred over Black Friday and during our Christmas peak trade. If you need a reliable provider, this is not it. Run!

setup is nightmare.
The Starshipit Support member has made unauthorised charges on my account for shipments that should never have been reprocessed, I have explained this in detail to her and asked her to refund me for these charges and she has completely dismissed me saying "No it doesn't double charge you" and I've shown her the proof of being double charged. I have used Starshipit since 2019 for different companies and without a doubt, it is falling into failure in this most recent experience. I used to be able to talk to someone on the phone for all the issues that arise - and my goodness do they arise frequently - but now that's impossible. Sorry to write such a keyboard warrior review, something I loathe people doing, but in the context of them spending my money and creating labels without my consent (on preorders as well that can't yet ship, yet now my customers have been told have shipped - cue me spending ages fixing this)... I have to say something and try and get their attention as the support person is dismissing my request for a refund.

Stay away unless you want the most un-user friendly, clunky shipping app that is filled with lots of errors and problems.
Must of been tested by 5 years before releasing to the public.
- Save login credentials doesn't work
- Try purchase a label from your mobile - no chance
- 3 orders which already was sent but never updated on their software. So 2 customers received another item free - Not their problem though, going to refund me for profit loss because your system doesn't work? don't think so.
- Tablet view is as bad, can't see the full name of shipping title - couple times I have bought express or incorrect parcel because I can't see what I am buying.
Their support talks a big game of onboarding and account manager is BULL!

I give them a big fat ZERO stars for support. Their claim, "5-star support and onboarding included with every plan", is overstated. Don't expect any assistance from support; go straight to the FAQ for support....
