Seems to work well between our Shopify website and Eparcel. There were a few little hiccups at the beginning but they soon helped us tweak it to work the best way for us. Works well to give accurate shipping costs on our website which are taken directly from our Aus Post account, which is what we wanted. Good app!

Great app with loads of features! Great support too as i had trouble with the integration myself but Neeraja was awesome to deal with. highly recommended!
Only a few days in with this app installed and I can really see how it's going to be so useful. Well worth the money because you save tonnes of time. The best features for me are:
1. I don't have to fill out the labels manually anymore
2. The app sends my tracking emails
3. The app sends a completed order email when the parcel has been delivered.
These things will be invaluable for my business moving forward.
Excellent and comprehensive app/website interface. Quick and effective customer service (thanks Anthony!). The website interface is very customisable and has tons of features and carrier integrations. These guys do a great job!
Support team is not responding & not being helpful when there's technical mistakes on their end. They will just leave you to resolve with Aus Post. Service has not been good recently & is deteriorating when you stay with them for long enough.
Incredible customer service! I was having trouble getting a few things set up and within 5 minutes was able to hop on a zoom call with Elyza who ran me through everything! She was so kind, accomodating and helpful! One of the best customer service experiences i've ever had! Don't make you speak to robots or wait on hold for hours! So happy with Starshipit and Elyza in particular!

Moving over to Starshipit has been seamless for our business. Integration with Shopify and our shipping carriers has made getting orders out so much easier. I have found the customer service team to be incredibly helpful, fixing any issues in a timely and easy to explain way.

Very good product for our e-commerce business selling in Australia and overseas.
Have never had a technical fault with the software (other than infrequent occasions when the Australia Post data feed is interrupted by Australia Post beyond the control of StarShipit).
Exceptional, fast, knowledgeable customer support always available during business hours.
