Starshipit is absolutely brilliant. It has streamlined our entire shipping process and allowed us to have all of our couriers in one location, clearly showing who is the cheapest/fastest option. The integration side of things was also so easy! We had so many questions and Geoff always had the answer or found out what was needed. Even with the time difference he went out of his way to get back to our many, many emails. Everything is running smoothly and the whole process was so, so simple with Geoff helping us out.

I've tried other shipping platforms and had issues, but StarShipit has been refreshingly simple to set up and a powerful tool. It has dramatically reduced the amount of time it takes to completely fulfillment which is vital for a fast growing business. I am also able to import csv files for Kickstarter rewards.
I was able to complete most of the onboarding myself and when I needed assistance with the final settings, they were very helpful.

So great to have a local shipping company! Great support, simple and quick to use for our team. 2 months on and the onboarding specialist still reaches out to ensure everything is running how it should. Love that we can automatically assign parcels to certain carriers. No extra costs for using our own couriers. Big thumbs up!

I've been very impressed with Starshipit throughout our trial. We're still evaluating whether it meets our business needs. There are a few quirks and idiosyncracies, but it delivers probably 95% of what we need now and into the future.
The onboarding has been great, though. Holly has been able to answer questions about our specific needs and has been very responsive throughout.
