PT2 ‑ Statement Printer

We’ve been using this app since June 2025 and have been enjoying it very much.

Our main requirement was generating PDF invoices for our customers, along with sending monthly statements and keeping reports handy to track outstanding balances and who owes what. The app handles all of this very well.

Most importantly, Peter has been extremely responsive to every query we’ve had — even with the challenge of opposite time zones (Canada/US to Australia). He has helped us many times to resolve issues and accommodate our requirements, which we truly appreciate.

We love the app, and seeing the continued progression and addition of new features only strengthens our trust in PT2.

Fantastic app for sending monthly shopify statements to our customers. Would be even better If you could add shopify payment link for customers to be able to pay a months Invoices total in one transaction.

Such a simple app with such a powerful impact on my life. I have been waiting for an app like this for my wholesale credit customers and now I can effortlessly send them statements. Only thing I would like added later is the option to download as pdf instead of just print, but for now as this is the only app that offers this I am extremely happy and grateful.

This App is filling a glaring hole in the Shopify platform for any business that allows for Net terms. Although the app isn't perfect (does not allow for hex value for color, you have to provide a link to your logo as vs clicking a button to go into the Files section of the website or upload the logo, there are other small things but they can be fixed in future upgrades.)

The point of the review is that it adds what Shopify should have built in in the first place.

Suggestion: provide an option for automatic statement generation on a specific date. Also let us select which customer(s) we want this done for and, for the email subscription version of the app, have the statements automatically emailed out. This will help us reclaim some of our time as business owners. Also, maybe allow for those statements to be cc'ed to a preferred email address.

Little glitch with the app but the team reached out to me fast and it got fixed right up. Up and running again and I love it. Very useful. Would like more customisability with what information is displayed for the customer, for example we should be able to display the company the customer is from on the statement, plus I would like to be able to expand the text field for the notes section to show more text. Other than that its great. Bonus feature request for being able to add two customer statements together somehow. We have customers from the same company coming to us and we would like the option to be able to send everything at the same time.

I can't say enough good things about this app! It's incredibly user-friendly and powerful, especially for stores that need to issue statements to their customers. It has made managing my Shopify store a breeze, and the ease of use is truly remarkable. I highly recommend giving it a try!
