I would like to give it a zero star if possible.

BEWARE!!! - You may have to get up at 3AM to fix their bugs. This is exactly what I'm experiencing now.

We are on an annual plan and out of a sudden, the subscription was gone. Maybe I was lucky to find out at 3AM taking a night pee or pity on me. It's an outright rip-off. Reliability is not their virtue. Unfortunately Support is even worse. We are going to ditch this app this week.

First of all we sincerely apologize for what happened on your side. I'm sorry to hear that you had a negative experience with the app. It sounds like the reliability and support were not up to your expectations.

This situation of not showing Paid Plan properly in our APP while checking on your side is due to a bug when upgrading Plan Subscription way of charging in our APP. Now this issue has been solved and fixed by the developers in our Team eternally and it will not happen anymore.

The support doesn't understand my question. In the app you can track how many times there has been clicked on the ATC, however these clicks do not add up to the total amount of Add To Carts in your Shopify dashboard. So you end up having more Reached Checkouts than Add To Carts, so all your data will be unusable! Very bad support since Gill (of the support) doesn't even understand why this should be a problem.

We apologize for the inconvenience we caused. But regarding your issue, we can only count clicks on the app buttons, not on Shopify theme buttons. So that's why the data from Shopify is different from our app. Hope I made it clear. Sincere apology from Giraffly Team

Update: Developers reached out and fixed the issue. It was incompatible with the theme I was using.

Tried adding to store, but the button doesn't do anything. I click it and it nothing happens. I also tried setting the "show after % scroll" option but anything greater than 0 resulted in the bar never showing up at all!

I would love to update this comment if these problems are resolved.
