The application fulfills its task and works correctly. Something that surprised me very pleasantly was the customer service - the highest level! Ladies from the support team with whom I had the opportunity to correspond were very helpful and friendly. They personalized the appearance of the application blocks for me exactly as I expected. I feel very satisfied with the level of quality of them work and approach to the customer.

I have asked them to fix an issue with their cart, they went and changed a live theme causing a problem that lost me £3-5k during our high selling seasons. They did not take copy, just changed the live theme and the support took 2 days to come back - If the issue was not escalated to Shopify, they would have not come back.
As their gesture of goodwill, they offered 20% discount on their subscription.
Honestly, I have not seen such unprofessionalism and we have been in the market for 5 years now.
