It used to be really helpful. Since the new changes and the new interface introduced, it's extremely slow and clunky and frankly useless. The new interface is overcomplicated and heavy and it crashes constantly on my shop with 300+ products. I want the old version back and I'm ready to pay for it!
Instructions on how to start analyzing is opaque and delays my full usage of this app so I have to look elsewhere for a similar product.
I'm sorry to hear about this. I can see you emailed asking for some details on the app's functionality and we replied within the hour offering to answer any questions you may have, or to take part in a demo. We haven't received a reply since that last email.
We do offer 24/7 support, full video instructions and have many merchants use the app without problems. Do feel free to get in contact again and we can continue to offer any and all advice.
the app does not work, i have installed it and its redirecting me to an error page to contact the developer
