Incredibly communicative and helpful. Whenever there have been teething problems, they've been quick to respond and sort. The application is very easy and practical to use.

Stock & Buy is great. We have been using it for a few months now. We use it to manage our inventory and integrate with Xero and Shopify. The integrations save hours of work each week in admin / data entry. It is a very intuitive and user friendly platform.
By far the greatest feature is the level of support. I have never dealt with another SaaS provider who offers anywhere near the level of personal support these guys do. They have even been happy to make some changes to the software to suit our business needs.
If you are looking for an affordable, dependable, integrated inventory package from someone who genuinely cares about your business needs, I highly recommend that you try Stock & Buy.

I was seeking a software solution to integrate our multiple online stores, ebay presence, multiple physical stores and despatch as well integrating all this to our Xero instance. I trialled several solutions, then quite by accident, i stumbled across Stock&Buy. My trial went smoothly, quickly intgrating three shopify stores, our physical stock locations and integration to Xero. Perfect. No piece of software or app will fully meet expectations out of the box. Stock & Buy came pretty close to what we wanted but more importantly showed us the solution we needed. When you add to this the swift support responses and resolutions (often within hours) to set up questions, integration glitches and similar support related items, we know we made a good choice. Added to this is the response to 'wish list' items. Over the set up period, i asked about certain features that would be useful and make the integration of online and real world business go more smoothly. I was often given examples of how other businesses had handled these questions, but most pleasantly surprising, was on many occasions, new features popped up. I actively engaged with Stock&Buy in terms of requesting features, even providing screen shots of what i had in mind and again to my pleasant surprise, some of these became features in the last few weeks. Combining shopify with Stock&Buy we have even opened our first fully integrated 'live' ebay store. Tahar and the crew at Stock&Buy are super supportive, positive and provide assistance of the highest standard. I cant wait to see how the platform develops further!

After being directed to another Inventory Management Program and having nothing but issues and headaches, we decided to seek out a new Inventory Option for our Marine Product Manufacturing Company. Although we never heard of Stock & Buy, we decided to reach out to Tahar & Moh in order to learn more about their program & see if it would be a fit. During our initial demo, Tahar answered any and every question we had and we were able to discuss a road map for the features we would like to see implemented. After the demo we really liked the program, however there were features we would require, that it didn't currently offer. Tahar asked me to send him a large punch list and I didn't expect to hear back or see results for at least a few weeks. To my utter shock, when i came into the office after the weekend, 80% of our list was already completed and setup for us. Out of the remaining 20% of our list, Tahar & Moh informed me that about 1/2 of the remaining items were in development and we should see the progress at the end of the summer (due to the complexity of our request). The remaining few items, Moh told me he would take care of. Over the last 2 weeks, Moh has been nothing but the ultimate customer service & IT professional, and has been in constant communication with me to complete the few remaining items and together we have troubleshoot & found solutions to a few issues, that will help make Stock & Buy an Inventory Winner for years to come!
I mentioned it above, but feel it deserves to be mentioned again. The customer service Stock & Buy has provided us is second to none and I would recommend them to any company looking for an Inventory/Order Management solution

We are using Stock&Buy to sync inventory between two Shopify accounts with different default currencies. The app is working well and seems to deal extremely well with the various and many issues we face. The app is considerably less expensive than others we had tried and has several valuable features we could not find in the others . The support and assistance we have received from Mohammed and his crew is unlike any I have received before. It is fast, friendly, accurate and has made the implementation of the software fairly seamless. I recommend it highly. Peter Kemp

Love Stock and Buy! QuickBooks discontinued their service to us in Australia so I have been looking for a replacement and Stock and Buy is even better! It syncs up so well with Shopify and Xero which is perfect for us. They are still developing features which I am looking forward to! Its very simple and easy to understand and reasonably priced compared to many other inventory management systems we tried. Support is very helpful and respond very quickly to our emails as well
If you are after a user friendly, simple and straight forward system this is for you!

I can only recommend this to every shop owner wishing to streamline inventory procedures! A tremendously useful app that fixes a serious shortcoming in Shopify...It allows yout to eg. order from your vendors out of Shopify...no need to run external software for different tasks...quick and helpful customer support and a new automated synching feature...thumbs up!
