syncX: Stock Sync

Easy to set-up, works in a timely manner and the customer service is great! I run a large store with many dropship suppliers. I was feeling overwhelmed keeping up with the inventory counts daily, so I tried Stock Sync. When I started I had a few issues with getting a couple of the suppliers going so I contacted customer service for help. Jor went above and beyond the call of duty, diligently helping me until the problems were resolved. I love, love, love this app!

This app is the best for my site! We drop ship a lot and everyone sends their inventory differently. I used to pay someone by the hour to read each SKU and adjust stock. Now it is done in an hour and not a day! THE BEST! Highly recommended. Easy interface

El módulo tiene muy buenas prestaciones.
A veces cuesta un poco contactar con el soporte, pero en general resuelven dudas o incidencias en 24h.

The Abbey The Abbey Since starting with these folks over a year ago, I can say they have come a long way. Their systems are working better after every update and can say they are working hard to elevate their App.
As you can see we started on a rocky road and have been able to over come the challenges. Great job team, keep moving forward. I have tried to respond to the app developer. They ask question no action, I respond in a professional manner with detail, no action. To say I am getting quite upset with this lack of service or even some dialog would be an understatement.

Stock Sync is an incredibly powerful and flexible inventory update system with excellent functionality that other systems simply do not have. The customer support is truly superior. Don't get hung up on experimenting or technical details - just ask the customer support and they will immediately fix or adjust your data feeds. Customer Support will also assist with developing the best data feed / update strategy for your inventory.
