We have used Stock Sync to connect an online store to over a dozen suppliers. The suppliers were using a range of different systems & Stock Sync worked with each of them. If we ever got stuck the Stock Sync support staff were responsive & helpful. Very pleased with this app.
Update 05/04/23 - app wasn't working so I messaged the developers and the problem was fixed within the hour - great service guys!

We deeply apologize as we have to admit it is a flaw on our end that we only support via emails only at the moment and not calls or live chat. We will definitely improve this in the future.
Regarding the billing, we do have an option for our users to downgrade to a free plan whenever the user wanted to put it on hold for using Stock Sync so that it won’t get billed monthly. All settings will remains as it is if users decided to upgrade it back again.
It saddens us that the feed leaves an impression that we are blocking you. However, the monthly plan takes into account the total variants from the whole store, not only the ones to be updated from the feed file.
This is because Stock Sync will need to find matching products from the store and the file in order to update the products.
We do have a filter where you can limit the products to be updated and it will decrease the product limit if you do not wish to upgrade the plan.
To clarify, we never deleted any review even how bad it is. We will make it right until our customer removes/update the review willingly. Please contact us at support@stock-sync.com so we can help you with that.
So far the app has worked well and customer service has been helpful and available. setting it up can be a bit tricky like any ecommerce software, but it is pretty much a set it and forget it app.
I used this app to import barcodes into existing products in my Shopify store. There are many other ways that Stock Sync can be used to synchronize inventory. You can create custom feeds to add product or change product. The feeds that you can create are very flexible (for instance choose an input file of excel, text, or several others) My most used feed is to update physical inventory from our point of sale system. My program emails a text file in the format of UPCCODE,QTYTOSYNC\n to Stock Sync and it updates my store and emails me a confirmation summarizing what was updated and any concerns that I should address. Another successful program that I used only a few times updated barcodes in my system. I have also tested the "new item" feed for adding new items to the webstore and look forward to optimizing this in the future with Stock Sync, including automating the upload of images in bulk by using a paid subscription to Dropbox.
The Stock Sync developers are very helpful. There is great value in using Stock Sync for the low price. I look forward to using Stock Sync as our long term solution for data synchronization.
Have used the app for basic updating of on hand stock quantities. Wanting to add a supplier with mass quantities of data and really struggling to get any assistance from the support email with this app.
Currently looking for another app to assist with uploading product and inventory because of the lack of support
I seriously love this app. Running a small business alone is not easy and very time consuming so not having to worry about whether a product is in stock or not really helps me sleep at night. The only thing I suggest is contacting the customer support directly because its a lot quicker that way.
I started working with Stock Sync when launching an online store to complement my retail location. Many of my vendors offer drop shipping which allows easier fulfillment for my clients both instore and online. With every vendor having different formats and criteria to their drop shipping policies and methods it's great to find one app to work with to simplify the process. As of today, I'm up to 6 vendor feeds but plan on adding more as I continue to expand my business. The gentleman I usually interact with, Raj, is knowledgeable and communicates well which makes it easy for a person with very little tech skills. I highly recommend Stock Sync.
