I am incredibly impressed with the service provided by StockSync Team. Their platform seamlessly integrated with my Shopify store and allowed me to easily manage my inventory across multiple channels. I have used multiple apps for product import & inventory sync. Stock Sync is the best one so far. I have more than 10,000 items. I couldn't really set up import & sync by myself with ease. The support team is fantastic, they help me set up everything, it is working as expected. Thank you!

These guys did a great job on their customer support helping us out. We had a question and they answered by just doing it for us! What a great service!

Updated Review: I have been using the app daily since September '19 and only one time was there a need to contact support... I had an issue uploading a .csv and contacted StockSync (on a weekend btw) and they got back to me in a very timely manner, and saw the issue thru until it was fixed. They also come across as very personable - and for that I am grateful!

Sep 2019 - I'm still testing this app during my trial period, though so far this is the only app that has fixed an inventory issue that I have had for 2 months. A distributor I use sends out a 3x daily csv in a format that even the Shopify Customer Reps were kinda confused by. I plugged it into this app and it automatically knew what to do. As far as I can tell, its working seamlessly.
The service Rep for Stock Sync (Odamae) has been very responsive and ready to help, although I had already set it up correctly without knowing it.

P.S. - There is another app in the Shopify App Store that has the same or similar functionality to this app, and they wanted A LOT of money to "customize" code to fit my need, and double the monthly price.

We had an issue with our inventory not importing correctly and Stock Sync were able to find the root of the issue within an hour of reporting it. Great customer service and product.

Excellent app. Simple QTY and Price update utility. Something that should have been standard in Shopify but thanks to these guys and low cost we can now easily update our prices and quantities at a very low price.

This app has saved me so much time it's not even funny, no problems with functionality that I've encountered.

Life-saving app. Full with customization options, yet easy to learn. I use Stock Sync to synch my product stocks from 6 different vendors. It would be even better if the devs could add the option to make the products available across all channels.

Takes a bit of trial and error to get set up, but once set up it works flawlessly, highly recommend. I use Stock Sync to update my inventory quantities from multiple vendors daily, it saves me a a lot of time. Can also be used to import new product to your store.
