I used this app to update hundreds of product inventory. I got some problem with one of my feed and Raj has helped me to solve that. Support is excellent and speedy.
We are a wholesaler / distributor and have a number of customers / sites wanting to take advantage of our data feed with the rise in ecommerce during the Covid times. We don't want to be an IT resource centre for our customers so we have been looking for a reliable and easy to use solution.
Stock Sync seems to fit the bill.
We have created a setup \integration whitepaper that we now distribute to customers in need and the popularity is growing.

THIS IS AWESOME....I love it because I don't have to worry about overselling. I needed help with my store because I had some things wrong on my site and they were very quick to respond and very helpful.
we have been running stock sync on both of our shopify stores for a few years now and are very happy with both the product and the support.
it definitely feels like it has improved a lot over the time we have been using it and we now rely on it for managing all stock quantities and price changes from suppliers as well as adding new stock. with over 50k lines across the 2 stores we rely on it working very heavily
2023.03.22 We use the app for several months already and had the chance to interact with the support team also. Overall impression is positive and we decided to continue with StockSync after testing other partial solutions. We use now to create new products from suppliers feeds, update stock, prices and pictures. It is easy to customize what to import, to connect data from feed with the shop, to transform data from text to numbers for stock status and much more. For the curent number of orders, updating every 6 hours is still good, but we do recommend to upgrade this service in the basic package to more often. In the last months we tested another solution only to sync stocks, where with no additional cost we had it every hour for as many feeds as we wanted. Stock Sync is better because you can customize, apply filters, update any information from the shop and make rules when reading the feed source.
Working with support team, I have to mention Raj for this topic, I see they have the will to help, to improve, and to make our shopify users easyer. All the way from the begining, I see progress and we plan to use this app in the future too.
2022.07.18 I am using the app for some time. We had periods when sorting wasnt working but I am not sure if that was because we didnt had the right plan at that time for the shop or was technical issue. Now I made a reinstall on the rebranded new shop and when selected to update all collections at once, it didn't work. I have made the update for each page of collections and in this way it worked. I cannot give feedback for the auto updates. We also have another shop my-babyprincess.myshopify.com where still not working but also I dont know if is the plan or technical issue. Comparing to other apps, I advice for an upgrade regarding live update on inventory change that with this app we cannot do, not yet needed but it was something that almost made me select other app.

We deeply appreciate the honest review and feedback.
Upon checking on both of the stores, from one of the store it shows that there are 2 errors which are the insufficient credits error and the location inactive or missing error. Stock Sync has 2 types of billing methods which are credits for adding new products and monthly subscriptions to update existing products.
Location inactive error showed during location not available or missing at that moment.
