Awesome app! Service is A+. We had a small issue and tech support fixed it within a few hours! Very useful.

I have a drop shipping website of about 13000 products. I could not run this website without StockSync! I use stock sync to update the on hand quantities at scheduled intervals of my choosing. I can update the "on hand" quantities from a spreadsheet or seamlessly via FTP where the source data is provided to me by the supplier. It's reasonably straight forward to set up and Stock Sync support is very quick. Some other nice features I'm now using is to automatically create new products when they don't exist in my store. Cool features include setting rules for margins / GP to make automatic retail price adjustments. I also have a rule that when i sync my inventory if my supplier has 2 or less in stock then i get StockSync to make it "zero" on hand on my website for those items. This has saved me lots of headaches. Well done StockSync.

Best app for updating products from feeds.

We're using the update function and it fits every needs. The feed is super customizable and you can choose to update every product field.

You can choose among any source and this makes the app very robust and versatile.
One of the feature we use most is the prefix to the id.

So that we can add a prefix to the skus on our store per each feed and avoid the risk of overlapping skus.

These guys are going a long way to fill in the gaps in shopify's inventory management. Very easy update manually in multiple varieties. By doing a little back side integration you can get automatic (nearly) real time 2 way event driven inventory updates.

Stock Sync works really well in managing product data feeds and the support from Raj and team is excellent. Keep up the good work! Highly recommended.

I used this app to update thousands of product inventory. My first update feed was a little confusing for me, but the support team was great in helping me get the first feed going. They were patient with answering my questions and from their help I am not able to confidently update my product pages efficiently. Highly recommend this app to help streamline updating product inventory.

Easy to use product and incredible customer service. I sent an email at 9 PM on a Sunday night and received a response with the fix within 10 minutes. AMAZING!
