Since we are mainly a brick and mortar store with an independent POS system, Stock Sync does a great job of helping keep our website quantities up to date. And, it is SO easy to set up and use.
The best app I came across. if you are new or don't have time to figure things out this is your rescue. simple to apply. this app save my life after contacting many expert to fix my missing images non of them could do it. I am very Happy :)

Easy to use and tech support is great, but just need a single tech support base. I kept getting one message from the help center (my subscription has run out), while tech support was assisting me to resolve the issue at the same time.
First time i've used the stock sync app and OMG my mind is absolutely blown. I could cry at the amount of hours, spent manually stock checking my 1200+ catalog and the amount of sales ive lost due to products being out of stock but not displaying as that on the store. I receive a daily excel spreadsheet from my supplier with stock levels but didnt know how to implement this to my store. Stock sync made this SO easy, and I'm not the most technical person! Definitely worth its weight in gold. thank you so much!
My store was not compatible with my provider's CSV, this gave me many headaches, and many lost hours, I don't know how long, but too much, I recently asked Shopify and they recommended Stock Sync, and the truth is that I just started with them but I'm already super happy, they serve you very well in their customer service and they are very fast, you really won't regret it, now I have the inventory connected and it even gives me error and duplicate reports.
The system is overall easy enough to figure out. But to use it efficiently their customer service is always good with responses. Although they are good at responding to emails technical info sometimes does not translate well, so I suggest setting up a virtual call with their tech team who will walk you through the whole process.
