Die App funktioniert grundsätzlich. Wenn etwas nicht geht, hat es ein kompetenter Support dahinter. Nervend ist am Anfang der Chatbot. Dieser versucht mittels KI das Problem zu lösen. Jedoch funktioniert dies nur in den wenigsten Fällen.

Der Support schaltet sich aber schnell ein und ist sehr gut!

Stock Sync has worked great for everything I need. I have been using it on the free plan for several months now. Since I’m on the free plan, I manually sync my feed every morning. My feed processing is set up to filter for the products I want to sync and looks for certain fields to then update as-is or apply a formula.

I’ve never had the sync do something wrong with the feed products - or the products already on my site.

Also, the support is fantastic. I misunderstood how to use a specific feature of the app and reached out to support. They replied immediately and walked me through how to use that feature.

AWESOME APP! I cant recommend this enough. Support was A++++. I had a bit of a complex setup needed and the support staff worked with my suppliers to get everything setup as needed. This has made my life and business 100% better!
