I have been using this app for a long time both to keep the items in stock updated, with quantity and price, and to create feeds for uploading new items, and to then synchronize the items with Farfetch.
Everything works perfectly (a slightly more flexible management of update times is missing) and having recently had a problem (the feed page no longer opened) having opened a request ticket it was promptly resolved. Strongly recommended app.

App works well...when it loads that is. My site has been delayed because this app never loads. Everything else loads on my laptop just fine, so I know it's not my connection. Sometimes app won't load at all, other times it'll load but I can't get products to sync. Frustrating.

Grazie al servizio di assistenza sono riuscito a risolvere parecchi problemi che da solo non avrei potuto affrontare. Assistenza via e-mail, quindi un po' lenta a volte, ma comunque presente. Grazie a questa app ho potuto collegare un magazzino esterno e sincronizzare le giacenze.

Took me about a week to get to grips with it but I am finally getting my head around it, This will save us a load of time now. Still learning the app and need to understand fully how to add products from suppliers, But at least our existing products are now synced from supplier to prevent overselling.

The application takes a little time to get started, but then it's perfect.

I needed support for a bug, they are very professional and competent. Once the ticket is processed, exchanges are really very quick.

You can work with it with complete confidence.
