Fantastic for setting up automatic stock feeds from multiple suppliers. I've used their online support a good handful of times and they're brilliant. They've solved every issue I've encountered!

Edit: I've been using this app for six months now and it's just brilliant. No hiccups whatsoever and I've been able to work out and set-up 10+ connections with very little knowledge or experience working with an app like this before. I recently got in touch with support to help me with a connection where I needed to combine three separate columns of data to make up a SKU. The support team responded the next day and had set everything up for me!

Don't hesitate. This is the app to use.

After on going issues, they worked very hard to fix it and frequently checked to make sure everything was running smoothly.

Very useful to add and update products, the prices are also very flexible and fair, the support team is really helpful despite being clearly very busy.

Ottima app, la usiamo da anni collegando il nostro gestionale con l'ecommerce di Shopify per rendere aggiornata la giacenza del magazzino anche per chi vende offline.
Abbiamo avuto un problema pochi giorni fa e il supporto ha risolto tutto in tempi rapidissimi.

Great app, we've been using it for years by connecting our management system with Shopify's ecommerce platform to keep our inventory updated even for offline sales. We had an issue a few days ago and the support team resolved everything very quickly. Congratulations!

I really don't know what they did in the last update, but everything stopped working , without any change from our end. And not to mention that our previous active plan had every 1 hour scheduling and now they change it to 6-hour window , without telling us about. Our feed is not working 6 days now, we found out today and the support is taking ages to reply. We are of course moving to another app , this is totally unacceptable

Firstly, I'd like to apologize for any inconvenience caused by the changes in our scheduling intervals. We should have communicated these updates more clearly, and everything is okay now. The issue occurred because the app migrated to use the new Shopify GraphQL API and required an extra permission step before the feed could work again.

Update: I have been using the app now for a while. I like everything fine but the pricing is not very good. I have a small businesses but we work with several distributors and files to sync. The pricing has gotten to where if I add more feeds the monthly cost is more than the Shopify store. It just isn't a good value for me. I am looking for a cheaper alternative now.

So far the program has been a life saver. The only problem I have now is that some of my feeds... and I only get 3 of them without paying $10 more per month when I already pay $15... Is that one of my feeds from the distributor has a DNA and DNA- prefix in front of the actual product SKU. So I cannot run just one instance of the feed, I have to have 2 or 3. When I try to modify my auto scheduled feed the settings don't get saved even for a manual update with the setting. So I have to have another feed that costs me more monthly in order to update those products from the same feed I am already paying for. It works great, I love the software. But I don't want to pay nearly 2x the price to get these particular SKU variants updated because of the prefix errors my distributor has.
