This team knows what they are doing, but there is much information to wade through. Even though they don't always have the quickest response times, they make up for it with their desire to make sure everything is correct and flows smoothly. Sometimes it is better to be patient and make sure everything is set right for what you want to do. One button or switch in the wrong position can change the whole output of your site. There is a learning curve, but the amount of time saved and the output quality far outweighs the learning experience.

Great app. Had a few teething issues getting it set up due to our infrastructure, but once it was up and running (we used the support team which was very helpful) it's working great.

This is a very practical app, easy to use and configure. Very responsive support team. This is the 3rd shopify store we are using it for.We can not think of using Shopify without this app. Highly recommended!

Es la mejor aplicación en cuanto a tiempo ahorrado, de inicio puede ser un poco complicado aprender pero una vez configurado te ahorra muchísimo trabajo y dinero al igual que minimiza los errores. Deberían agregar mas tutoriales sobre casos comunes de configuración, ya que en mi caso tuve que solicitar ayuda y de verdad era algo muy sencillo que yo podía configurar. El soporte técnico es bueno pero no inmediato, generalmente responden 12 horas después de la petición. De lo único que me arrepiento es de no haber conocido esta aplicación antes.Si pudiera elegir mayor calificación a 5 estrellas de verdad lo haría

We use this app to import products from xml file. Support were willing to help us with any problem we had. They create a new feed for us, as our xml file had some specific features. We use this app in 2 other stores for import/update products.

REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, EMAILED THEM 4 TIMES, NO ANSWER! THINKING OF DELETING APP IF I DON'T HEAR FROM THEM. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ON SHOPIFY TO DATE.

We are truly sorry for your unfortunate experience with Stock Sync and understand that this app is critical for your business.

We are having a temporary email server issue at the time which makes the mail come late and definitely making sure this issue won't happen again.

We are doing our best to make it work for most scenarios. We are still working on the issue for the BTS connection and will reply further to your email.

Syncing inventory from a supplier via dropbox was simple with this easy to use application. Support staff are very helpful if you have any queries also.

The support team were very helpfull and i love how simple the app is. Using it on multiple of my stores with stock out of house.

The installation of Stock Sync on Shopify and the data synchronization via FTP server works fine. We had to call on the support of Stock Sync (served by Hanah, Customer Happiness Executive) for the setup of an FTPS server and were competently supported. We can recommend the application and are convinced that we made the right choice.

Die Installation von Stock Sync auf Shopify und die Datensynchronisation über einen FTP-Server klappt bestens. Wir mussten den Support von Stock Sync (Bedient durch Hanah, Customer Happiness Executive) für das SetUp eines FTPS-Servers beanspruchen und wurden kompetent unterstützt. Wir können die Applikation empfehlen und sind überzeugt, die richtige Wahl getroffen zu haben.
