Initially, I was confused about how the app works, but they have amazing chat/email support who help me clarify some things, this app is handy if you want to increase your product category and revenue without having stock in your warehouse. You can easily do dropshipping without any need to purchase products.

I used this to pull down a zipped FTP feed and it functions well, if a bit slow. That is okay though as this will only occur once or twice a day.

I will update in the future if I run into any issues or find any features lacking. So far it seems full featured and priced in such a way that designing the same system yourself would not save you money.

I've been using this app for a few days now and have asked support for some help in which they delivered excellent service. I've used the app for scheduled inventory update and new product import feed from my distributor which uses REST, Json or XML. The app does require some knowledge of API, but Stock Sync support was able to fill in the gaps necessary to complete my feeds. So glad I found this app rather than paying a developer an upfront cost to do the same thing. It's definitely worth investing in, even if it's for their trial period.

it was confusing at the beginning, but i managed it well..
It took 30 mins to begin the first sync.
I only use 10% of the functions of this app, but I am still satisfied.

I wish the educational documents are easier to understand..

But, overall, I am very satisfied.
