This app is a real time saver. The support is outstanding and able to explain how to set up the feed in a very understandable way.

After a confusing first day or 2 figuring out the platform and with some help from the customer service team, this app now helps me keep all of my inventory up to date with maybe 30 minutes a month or so max when it used to take days to get everything updated. This app has saved me and the company so much time it's crazy. Highly recommended for stores with a large inventory!

Grazie al servizio di assistenza sono riuscito a risolvere parecchi problemi che da solo non avrei potuto affrontare. Assistenza via e-mail, quindi un po' lenta a volte, ma comunque presente. Grazie a questa app ho potuto collegare un magazzino esterno e sincronizzare le giacenze.

Stock Sync has been a lifesaver! Before, I had to manually update my inventory, which was a very daunting and time-consuming task since my store has well over 8,000 SKUs and constantly adding more. My vendor updates their inventory every 4 hours, and I couldn't keep up. I lost many sales due to inaccurate counts. Now with the automatic retrieval feature, my inventory stays up to date and accurate. No more missed sales or customers ordering back ordered products. Working with their customer service team is great as well. They are very helpful and have helped me fix my feeds when I make a wrong tweak somewhere. Thanks, StockSync, and your team.

It works perfectly not only for updating inventories or prices, but also other "qualitative" info like descriptions, categories, etc.

Such a useful app and a great customer service. I will for sure recommend the app to inventory management.

I have had to reach out for help on a few occasions and Jor has been amazing with helping out with any issue we have.

Just started using this Trial - have 9 days left but will definitely be signing up to pay for this service- Raj and the team are super helpful in setting up the XML live feeds and happy to answer any queries I had. Now I just need to get the rest of my suppliers on this.

Saving me a tonne of time in manually updating inventory!! And saving me money as some Dev's were going to charge a huge set up fee!

I'm using this app for a few days and set up went great, testing also working great with my customer ERP and FTP, but suddenly the app stops working, since this morning, and nobody is returning my messages, no one is answering... what's happening ??? Is there a status page or a website where we can check the app status??
