Stocky

If you have a retail business and purchase products from multiple suppliers, have products that you need to keep track of Cost, Supplier reorder numbers, and/or print price labels for store, you need STOCKY. This is the most needed and the best App for Shopify.

UPDATE BELOW MY ORIGINAL FEEDBACK - The app has so much potential...but, Shopify is NOT supporting it at all and basic functionality is broken. I knew that going into it, but took many of the critical reviews as essentially user-error from shop owners who expected Stocky to have unreasonable functionality or workflows. Can't use all features in the POS PRO app, contacted the support, but they are unwilling or unable to fix the problems. not recommended, if you use Shopify POS

I've uninstalled and re-installed the app figuring it might fix the week long manual sync that doesn't seem to finish.

Now with the new install it's been 6 hours and it still hasn't synced.

When it was working the app was great it just has syncing problems. While viewing suppliers and splitting the screen you can't click on the vendors.

Latest update removed the ability to create builds for manufacturing product. The only reason to even use the app. Dumb dumb dumb.

This app is very flexible in some ways (i.e. case sizes for POs, changing which elements are shown on the PO when you're creating it versus sending it to your supplier). Probably the most useful app I have used so far + fantastic support.
Here is why:
- very user friendly and simple
- generate a PO in no time
- receive and sync is amazing! so much time saved
- pricing is very affordable

It works fairly well for purchases, though it took me a minute to sort out how to do drop ship POs vs stock purchases. My major issue is that it doesn't sync with my accounting software so I duplicate loads of work every week recreating invoices in Xero. Please build an integration!!
