So, I rarely place a negative review but this time I just have to share. Months later, Shopify just doesn't seem to care to resolve the issues so time to share. Sorry in advance for the long post. I am busy just like every other shop owner out there so I am super not happy with having wasted so much time trying to set up things like the barcode scanner, label printing when receiving orders, etc. ...

Sticky can improve synchronization with Shopify but despite this fact, it is a powerful tool to place orders and to have control of all your providers.

I am so saddened to write this review as this app and support was second to none on Shopify.

Unfortunately now that it has been sold and Seb is no longer supporting it, basic functionality is no longer working like stock takes and stock adjustments if you have a large amount of SKU's, so after a year of working with this system we will be back to the drawing board to find another ...

Great product and fantastic support! Seb is always there with fast and helpful answers, which has made all the difference for a smooth transition to a new inventory management system.

I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this app.
The developers are hungry to improve and have acted on every single suggestion I have made in record time.
The app works seamlessly - and is much better than using accounts packages to manage purchase orders.
All we need now is for shopify to hurry up and release the API for transfers and they have promised to integrate with that too.

It works fairly well for purchases, though it took me a minute to sort out how to do drop ship POs vs stock purchases. My major issue is that it doesn't sync with my accounting software so I duplicate loads of work every week recreating invoices in Xero. Please build an integration!!

Used this app mainly to monitor the level of stocks needed until the next replenishment arrive at the warehouse, it is very helpfull in making a decision and prevents overstocking that causes you to loose $

I run a brick and mortar hobby shop and almost exclusively use Shopify and Stocky for that purpose. I ended up selecting Shopify POS primarily because of Stocky. I have thousands of SKU's that I knew I was going to need help managing reordering. Stocky has done a phenomenal job of this. Great software to manage your shopify stock. the developpers try very very hard to make sure you are happy and seriously go out of their way to find a solution to your problem.
